In God's Hands Christian Youth Center

Providing a safe clean learning environment for children to be LOVED, LEARN, and GROW.

Place your child In GOD'S Hands!

Train up a child in the way he should go: And when he is old, he will not depart from it.
Proverbs 22:6

For over 24 years, In GOD’S Hands has served Cincinnati families, and we love what we do!. We are a Christian based center, grounded and rooted in the word of GOD. We understand that we are receiving your child during the most important time of their life, and we are dedicated to providing them with an atmosphere that is filled with LOVE. Our curriculum will awaken your child’s ability to learn, provide a strong educational base, and build a lifetime learner. Our center is committed to continuing education for parents and staff. Our programs require active participation from parents to ensure that the positive values instilled at home are continued throughout your child’s day. These values lay a solid foundation on which to set a strong educational framework. Because we know that all things work together for good when we place ourselves…

In GOD’S Hands!

Our Programs

Infant/Toddler

"The Beginning"

We understand that infancy is where your child’s capacity to learn is shaped and increased. So much learning occurs, as they build connections and synapses in their brains. Our program takes an individual approach to your child’s needs as they learn how to self-help and understand the world around them. It is a critical time and requires educated committed loving staff who understand early awareness.

Preschool

"Preschool is Paramount"

Our preschool program continues to build your child’s framework for learning by implementing the center curriculum tailored to this particular stage of their growth. Next level self-help, social, and cognitive skills are developed. We are preparing your child for the next step in their education! Our students go to kindergarten assured and socially-emotionally prepared to participate and learn. Our success is proven!

School Age Programs

"Beyond School"

The school age curriculum blends our knowledge of early education (which spans the years, birth through eight years of age), with what research tells us about school age programing. The curriculum aligns with and is guided by the Ohio K-12 standards and provides an environment conducive to skills enrichment for your child.  Children are engaged in decision making, community involvement and many other enriching experiences that are inclusive of the child, parent, and teacher.  Our field trips and community outings are awesome!

At In GOD’S Hands, our curricular approach to your child’s learning is founded upon the principle that children learn through play. We implement The Creative Curriculum by Teaching Strategies. Our curriculum is research based and comprehensive. The curriculum is implemented in all programs for consistency, and offers teacher directed, and child directed purposeful play. The curriculum aligns with and is guided by the early learning development standards. Our goal is to instill a love for learning while building a solid foundation for our students across all learning domains. Our facility is aesthetic and attractive with comfortable, safe, and secure spaces that include the parent as first teacher, educated center staff and the environment as third teacher. We provide a “Whole Child” approach with teaching teams inclusive of parents. We believe parent involvement is critical for children’s success.

What Our Families Are Saying

"My girls first started attending In God's Hands Youth Center in 2012. Since then I've had other children who have been attending since they were 6 weeks old! I absolutely love the care my children receive and take comfort knowing that my children are safe. Ms. Kathy, the director of In GOD'S Hands, always goes beyond her duty to make sure my girls are ready to enter Kindergarten and to make sure that they succeed beyond that. Over the years In GOD'S Hands has been a blessing for me and my family and my girls will continue to go there until they're too old to attend. Two of my girls have already reached that point, they have been going to the center since the age of 5 & 3 now they're in high school and junior high. I have 4 more to go and we're in it for the long run!!!"
